Coming into Asheville from the south on I-26, take the I-240 exit. Take exit 4-C, and turn right twice at the top of the ramp. This brings you across the expressway on Montford Avenue. Continue away from the city center to the first light (about 2 blocks) and turn left onto W. Chestnut at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre sign (it jogs). At the stop sign after a block, continue straight ahead at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre sign on the narrow road over the hill and park by the ball field at the bottom of the hill. The amphitheatre is to the left behind the octagonal building. There are signs.
Coming into Asheville from the south on 25N: Stay on 25N through the center of town. There is a stop light just after you go under I-240. At the next stop light, turn left onto West Chestnut. At the first stop light on Chestnut, it takes a slight bend to the left, going over a bridge. At the next stop light at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre sign, there is a jog to the right (to get around the white church that is in front of you). At the stop sign after a block, continue straight ahead at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre sign on the narrow road over the hill and park by the ball field at the bottom of the hill.
